How do I export my audio file?

How do I change my password?
Go to the “My Account” tab in the top right and follow the directions to change your password.
How do I upload a file?
Go to the Repository tab and click “Add a file to this directory”. Fill out the form, click “Choose File” and select your file to upload, and click Submit. Upload progress can be tracked via the progress bar. When the upload completes, you will automatically be taken back to your repository.
How long does it take to upload an audio file?
The upload time can be anywhere from 2 – 45 min, depending on the size of the file (varies based on length of deposition) and your internet speed. In our testing an hour long depo (50 pages) took about 4 minutes to upload and a 4 hour depo (about 200 pages) took about 20 minutes.
Where do I find the job number?
The job number can be found on your online job worksheet or the job worksheet emailed to you from the Scheduling department.
Can I upload my transcript files?
Feel free to upload any files related to your jobs that you would like backed up.
How do I download a file?
Go to the Repository tab and click on the filename link and the download will begin.
How can my scopist access my files?
In order for your scopist to access your files, you will need to give them your credentials and a link to the site. A future update will allow the scopist to create their own account and access the files you designate to them.
How long will my files be available?
Your files will be readily available on the repository for three months. After that they will be archived and can be retrieved upon request. Please note the retrieval request will take 1-2 business days to be processed and make the file available.
How soon should I upload my audio?
Deposition audio should be uploaded as soon as possible after a deposition for data backup. This will provide the best way of retaining a copy of the deposition in case of accidental data loss.
